2. Product Descriptions & Craftsmanship

We make every effort to accurately display and describe our products. As bridal outfits feature handcrafted embroidery (dabka, zardozi, and handwork), slight variations in thread work or dye shades may occur, which reflect the unique nature of artisan craftsmanship.

3. Prices & Payment

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or equivalent foreign currency for international orders.
• We reserve the right to change product prices at any time prior to order confirmation.
• Payments are processed securely via bank transfer, credit/debit card gateways, or in-store cash/card options.

4. Shipping & Delivery

5. Tailoring & Fitting Guarantee

All custom bridal orders are tailored according to the measurements provided by the client or recorded in-store. We provide fitting adjustments and alteration support to ensure your ensemble fits perfectly.

6. Exchanges & Alterations

We offer a transparent exchange and alteration policy for fitting or manufacturing issues within 7 days of delivery. Bespoke and custom-made bridal outfits are non-refundable once production has commenced. Learn more on our Returns & Exchange page.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pakistani Couture is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or delay-related damages arising from third-party courier services or incorrect measurements provided by the client.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, design patterns, branding, photography, and text are the intellectual property of Pakistani Couture. You may not reproduce, copy, or use them without prior written consent.

9. Privacy

We collect and process customer data strictly according to our Privacy Policy. Your personal and measurement details are treated confidentially and never shared without consent.
