If there is any fitting issue or manufacturing defect in your outfit, we provide free alteration support and hassle-free exchanges within 7 days of delivery or store pickup.
📦 Return & Exchange Conditions
- The outfit must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact
- All included pieces (lehnga, choli, dupattas, and accessories) must be returned together
- Returns/Exchanges must be securely packaged to prevent damage to hand embellishments
- No signs of physical damage, stains, or unauthorized alterations
💳 Exchange & Adjustment Process
Once we receive your returned outfit at our Lahore store and inspect the embroidery and fabric, we will process your exchange or size adjustment within 3–5 business days.
